Maple
Commissioned for a company who manufactures felt table top pieces and felt seat cushions. They wanted stools made to accompany and fit certain felt cushions. Hand routed recesses for cushions to sit in, and edge banded maple plywood.

Framed
Made with a good friend and designer Charles Wynter. We imagined a planar, maple bench “framing” an otherwise more modest, construction material in OSB. The subversion of materials, the combination of opposites is what we looked to achieve.
